    Sexual Assault Awareness Month Roundtable Discussion

    In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Lillian Ribeiro, MA, RDT, co-facilitates a roundtable discussion alongside Stacy Kievning from the Union County Rape Crisis Center.

    Representing the YWCA of Union County's lead domestic violence agency, Lillian joins a conversation featuring nationally recognized violence prevention educators, activists, and filmmakers Jackson Katz and Byron Hurt.

    Together, the panel explores the importance of prevention, education, accountability, and community engagement in addressing sexual violence. Through dialogue, advocacy, and public education, conversations like these help create greater awareness and support meaningful social change.

    This discussion highlights the critical role that educators, advocates, artists, and community leaders play in fostering safer, more informed, and more compassionate communities.
