“SubUrbia” by Eric Bogosian, directed by Debbie Saivetz, was my first college production at Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey.

I am deeply grateful to Debbie Saivetz for being one of the professors who helped shape my path in theatre and inspired a lifelong journey of learning, creativity, and healing.

Nearly three decades later, that journey has led me to become a board-certified Registered Drama Therapist. Theatre remains a powerful force for self-discovery, connection, and growth, and I continue to carry the lessons from those early experiences with me today.
